A mobile notary, also known as a traveling notary or mobile signing agent, is a certified notary public who travels to meet clients in person at their location to perform notarial services.

Documents that can be notarized include wills, deeds, contracts, affidavits, and powers of attorney, among others.

A mobile notary public travels from location to location, upon request, to perform notarial acts.
